Rise Sustainability is a woman-led, international consultancy specialising in gender equity, social safeguards, and ESG advisory services.

Founded in 2018 by Natasha Ezekiel in Kenya, Rise works with development finance institutions, private equity funds, public sector organisations, NGOs, and community-based projects across Africa and Europe.

We help organisations design and deliver equitable, inclusive, and sustainable development initiatives that manage risk, promote gender equality, and create shared value for communities and stakeholders.
