Social development and safeguards review for a smallholder tea farmer programme being implemented by The Wood Foundation in Rwanda
Gap assessment and practical roadmap to strengthen AFDs approach to GBVH/SEAH accross their project cycle, and delivery of an internal awareness day drawing on gender concepts, risk identification and case studies.

GBVH and child protection risk assessments and polices, accompanied by a Terms of Reference for a 2X Independent Complaints Committee
Assessment of GBVH management approaches and guidelines to strengthen Proparco's investment cycle risk management framework. Included virtual interviews, desk-based review, GBVH action plan, investment tool updates, training and internal awareness video.
Regional environmental, social and gender support to Agence Française de Développement (AFD) across their East Africa portfolio, primarily covering water & sanitation, energy, infrastructure, transportation, & education sectors
Supported NETIS with gender mainsteaming in their pan-African telecommunications operations, including strengthening their Gender Action Plan, and supporting the design of the gender recruitment strategy, mentoring programme and female leadership programme. Our partner, ChewingRice, developed a strategy focused on the delivery of NETIS Talks awareness programme.
AFD funded gender baseline and Gender Action Plan for the Ugandan National Water and Sewerage Corporation, including in country training and workshops to enable practical and realistic actions to mainstream gender risk management and opportunities across service delivery, workforce practices, and project design. This was part of a broader AFD grant to improve Uganda's water and sanitation services.
Gender capacity-building programme to strengthen SIFCAs approach to developing and implementing gender action plans and identifying risks across their agro-industry operations through intensive training sessions in Ivory Coast and Ghana, and increasing awareness among leadership.
