Driving Gender Equity in Collaboration with NETIS Group

We have been supporting the NETIS Group with designing their gender action plan and core initiatives on female recruitment, female leadership and mentoring, in collaboration with our partner ChewingRice, who designed their internal communications strategy (NETIS Talks) on gender and inclusion. We recently met the team at HQ and will conduct training and facilitate workshops in Ghana and Ivory Coast over the next few weeks.
