Proparco Gender-based Violence & Harassment Benchmarking Study

We recently completed the above study together with GBVH action plan and workshops for Proparco. The study involved engaging stakeholders and Proparco staff on GBVH management in private-sector investments to gather feedback on how it manifests in projects and the ways that it is managed.

We developed an action plan that included GBVH mainstreaming in the investment cycle and associated tools to check for risks at each stage. Workshops were conducted with management, investment officers and the ESG team to raise awareness of the study and business case for GBVH management, as well as to present the findings.
